
VEGAN TACO TOSTADA DINNER PARTY PRESENTATION
Ingredients
- 1 recipe lentil dosa OR purchase wraps of choice
- 1 recipe pea hummus (see notes below for links)
- salsa of choice / store bought or homemade
- 1 lime
- 2 recipe tempeh chorizo (see notes below)
- coconut or soy yoghurt
- 2 handfulls of greens e.g. rocket, coriander, parsley, spinach
Chilli Oil
- 1 tsp Harissa paste or chilli paste
- 4 tsp light vegetable or olive oil
Instructions
- This really is a 'watch the video' for the presentation build. It's all in the layering of flavours, colours and texture
The Build and Presentation Sequence
- Crisp up your dosa or wrap in a dry frying pan for a minute on each side
- start layering on the chilli oil, pea hummus, yoghurt and chorizo
- grate over the zest of a lime
- continue layering the ingredients and finish with a squeeze of lime juice, the greens and a little more yoghurt and pea hummus with salsa dotted inbetween
