VEGAN TACO TOSTADA DINNER PARTY PRESENTATION

Ingredients
  

  • 1 recipe lentil dosa OR purchase wraps of choice
  • 1 recipe pea hummus (see notes below for links)
  • salsa of choice / store bought or homemade
  • 1 lime
  • 2 recipe tempeh chorizo (see notes below)
  • coconut or soy yoghurt
  • 2 handfulls of greens e.g. rocket, coriander, parsley, spinach

Chilli Oil

  • 1 tsp Harissa paste or chilli paste
  • 4 tsp light vegetable or olive oil

Instructions
 

  • This really is a 'watch the video' for the presentation build. It's all in the layering of flavours, colours and texture

The Build and Presentation Sequence

  • Crisp up your dosa or wrap in a dry frying pan for a minute on each side
  • start layering on the chilli oil, pea hummus, yoghurt and chorizo
  • grate over the zest of a lime
  • continue layering the ingredients and finish with a squeeze of lime juice, the greens and a little more yoghurt and pea hummus with salsa dotted inbetween
