No Ice Cream Machine Raspberry Banana Coconut Ice Cream
Delicious 3 ingredient home made plant based and vegan friendly ice cream. Made from bananas, raspberries and coconut yoghurt. No need for fancy ice cream machines or super powerful blenders. My Magimix food processor did the job no problem! You probably know by now that whilst some of my recipes look fiddly and faffy, they're actually quite easy to achieve in a home kitchen as much as they are in a private catered client premised or restaurant. This simple no machine (granted... I'm using my magimix but no professional ice cream makers!)
Equipment
- Stick / immersion blender
- A food processor like Magimix or Kenwood
- Freezer bags
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen banana sliced
- 2 handfuls Frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Frozen coconut yoghurt
- 100 ml Plant milk soya / coconut / almond
Instructions
- Blend on full power in the food processor

Notes
The recipe will refreeze however, it will form crystals once refrozen due to the method and no use of ice cream machines.
