
PEA HUMMUS DIP
Equipment
- grater, zester or microplane
- citrus squeezer (hand held) or fork
- blender - jug, nutribullet or stick / immersion
- teaspoon and spatula / scraper
- jar or container for storage
- chopping board and small vegetable knife
- coffee mug
Ingredients
- 1 large coffee mug / 1.5 cups defrosted frozen peas (petit pois)
- 1 zest of lemon or lime
- 1/2 juice of lemon or lime
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch chilli flakes oprional
