
EASY TERIYAKI SAUCE
Quite possibly one of the tastiest sauces I've made and it can be served with so many dishes! Get your creative juices flowing (and your mouth watering!) with this super easy, incredibly versatile Easy Teriyaki Sauce.
Ingredients
- 80 ml low salt soy sauce OR tamari for GF
- 240 ml water
- 1 cm piece fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 5 cubes or a tbsp of cane sugar
- 2 - 3 tbsp water and 2 tbsp cornflour / corn starch
Instructions
- Watch the video! This is really easy and delicious
- Mince the garlic and ginger
- Heat the liquids and add the garlic and ginger
- Make a slurry with the cornflour and add to the sauce to thicken
- Serve with Burmese Yellow Lentil Tofu!
Notes
*** Perfect with either Burmese Tofu or even a change for the Buffalo Cauliflower!
