
CRISPY ROAST POTATOES

You can use almost any kind of potato, cut into cubes, quarters, wedges or what ever you fancy. Try this recipe with vegetables too like squash or sweet potato. Deeeeelish!
Ingredients
- 1 kg floury potatoes washed and cut into chunks or quarters skins ON
- 1 tbsp flour sub with gluten free or rice flour
- 1 tbsp cornflour / corn starch
- 2 tsp mixed herbs thyme, oregano or all! (thyme is particularly good)
- sea salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Notes
***Mix up the seasoning with garlic granules, onion powder, rosemary, paprika or even curry!
*** For extra crispy potatoes turn up the oven by 10 degrees and leave in a little longer
