Aly began her career in restaurants and hotels, and had begun her private chef career by the age of 21.
This role extended to not only private family homes in UK, but also onboard super yachts and villas in the Mediterranean and Caribbean islands.
Aly had already developed a passion for meat free cooking and recipe development in her late teens, which quickly became a sought after speciality throughout her cooking career.
It’s this very experience married with classical and formal training that helped steer her career, combining a passion for cooking and creating change so others may develop their skills in plant based and vegan cooking.
